Starting in 2025, town taxes for Vidalia and Ferriday will be combined with parish taxes. You will receive one bill for all payments. Payments can be made at the locations listed above.

IMPORTANT NOTICES!

PLEASE WRITE YOUR ASSESSMENT NUMBER ON YOUR CASHIERS CHECK OR MONEY ORDER IF MAILING A PAYMENT.

1% INTEREST WILL ACCRUE PER MONTH AFTER DECEMBER 31ST.

FEBRUARY 1ST THERE WILL BE A 10% PENALTY APPLIED TO UNPAID TAXES.

ANY PROPERTY OWNER CHANGES, PLEASE NOTIFY THE TAX ASSESSOR'S OFFICE AT (318)-336-5122.

Concordia Parish Tax Sale – Tuesday, May 19th at 10:30 am in Room 2 of the Courthouse.

Registration is from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in Room 6 of the Courthouse.

Taxes are now considered Delinquent, and legal fees are being added to prepare for the Tax Sale.

A $43 fee will be added on April 1st, along with 1% interest.

Payments can be made at 4001 Carter Street, Room 6, and 27797 Highway 15, Ferriday. Credit card payments are only accepted online. In-person payment methods accepted are cash, check, money order, and cashier's check.

Please make arrangements to pay as soon as possible!
